    IT Park Ventures Invests $400,000 in Startups from Azerbaijan and USA

    IT Park Ventures announces new investments in two promising startups — Push30 and Clarity Flo (Fleetmule). The total investment amount has reached $400,000, strengthening the fund’s participation in the development of corporate wellness solutions and AI-driven process automation.

    Push30 (Azerbaijan) — $300,000 from IT Park Ventures

    Push30 is a corporate wellness platform that provides employees with flexible access to sports and wellness facilities through a single digital subscription. The solution enables companies to offer a wide range of fitness services without the need to sign multiple separate agreements, while allowing employees to independently choose the activities that suit them best.

    Push30 began its commercial operations in 2022 in Azerbaijan. Following a successful launch, the project expanded to the markets of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, where it has built a stable ecosystem that includes:

    – tens of thousands of active users;

    – hundreds of corporate clients;

    – an extensive network of partner sports facilities.

    Thanks to flexible budgeting models, Push30 has become a cost-effective tool for employers, while its mobile application promotes a culture of regular physical activity among employees and strengthens well-being within companies.

    In December 2025, IT Park Ventures invested $300,000 in Push30, supporting the project’s development in Uzbekistan and strengthening cooperation among the countries of Central Eurasia. The investment became part of the current round, which brings together both regional and international partners.

    White Hill Capital previously announced a $300,000 investment

    In the coming years, Push 30 plans to enter the markets of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, two of the fastest-growing regions in corporate wellness and digital health. With a proven model, strong regional presence, and robust technological expertise, the company is building a sustainable position at the intersection of HR-tech, wellness, and corporate well-being programs.

    Clarity Flo (project Fleetmule) (USA) — $100,000 from IT Park Ventures

    Clarity Flo (project Fleetmule) (USA) is a next-generation AI platform providing a full-stack Safety & DOT Compliance service for small and mid-sized trucking companies in the United States. It is designed for carriers that lack internal compliance teams and rely on external consultants, offering an end-to-end AI solution that continuously manages safety and regulatory requirements.

    The platform automatically:

    – monitors safety scores and prevents violations;

    – manages and updates driver qualification files (DQF);

    – tracks inspections, maintenance, and compliance gaps;

    – prepares carriers for audits;

    – reduces the risk of fines, out-of-service orders, and rising insurance costs.

    The U.S. transportation compliance market represents tens of billions of dollars in annual exposure. For SMB carriers, insufficient safety oversight remains one of the primary causes of financial losses and operational shutdowns. This challenge has intensified with recent DOT initiatives increasing scrutiny on carrier compliance, making consistent, expert-level monitoring essential.

    Clarity Flo (project Fleetmule) solves this by providing a unified AI-driven platform that integrates seamlessly into existing carrier workflows, significantly lowering adoption barriers and enabling proactive, continuous compliance control.

    The company was founded in 2025 in the United States by entrepreneurs of Uzbek origin — Asror Arabjanov and Sardor Taylakov — combining deep technological, legal, and industry expertise gained at leading U.S. tech and transportation firms.

    In 2025, IT Park Ventures invested $100,000 into Clarity Flo (project Fleetmule) supporting the startup’s growth and strengthening the presence of the Uzbek tech diaspora in the global innovation ecosystem.

    The current round also includes participation from Astana Hub Ventures, Silkroad Innovation Hub, Silkroad Angels Club, and Akmal Payziev.

    The investment will be used for product development, expanding integrations, and scaling the team, including hiring in Uzbekistan and creating new jobs. The strategic focus remains on the US market, with subsequent expansion into the global market for transport automation and security solutions.

    IT Park Ventures will continue directing its efforts toward supporting technological initiatives and ecosystem development.

    Investments in Push30 and Clarity Flo (project Fleetmule) reflect the fund’s commitment to backing founders from Uzbekistan building globally competitive companies, as well as high-potential teams from across Central Eurasia. These projects strengthen the presence of the Uzbek tech diaspora, expand cross-border cooperation, and contribute to positioning Uzbekistan as one of the emerging innovation hubs.

    Clarity Flo (project Fleetmule), founded by entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan and operating in the U.S., demonstrates how regional talent can compete in major global markets. Push30, originating from Azerbaijan and actively growing in Uzbekistan, showcases the value of regional collaboration and contributes to corporate well-being and human capital development.

    Together, these investments highlight IT Park Ventures’ focus on supporting startups that deliver practical technological solutions, create new jobs, deepen regional ties, and enhance the international visibility of Uzbekistan’s innovation ecosystem.

    The fund will continue expanding its portfolio and remains open to collaborating with teams building scalable technological products with strong growth and international expansion potential.

    IT Park Ventures will continue to direct its efforts toward supporting technological initiatives and ecosystem projects.

    Investments in Push30 and Clarity Flo (Fleetmule) reflect IT Park Ventures’ commitment to supporting startups that deliver practical solutions for businesses and accelerate digital transformation in the region.

    The fund continues to expand its portfolio and remains open to collaborating with teams building technological products with strong development and scaling potential.
