On 23 September 2025, Tashkent will host the Shared Services and Offshore Outsourcing Summit as part of ICT Week. The forum will bring together more than 500 participants from over 30 countries, including representatives of global corporations, industry leaders, and international experts. The event will serve as a key platform for discussing the prospects of exporting IT and BPO services from Uzbekistan.
The Shared Services and Offshore Outsourcing Summit is one of the flagship events of ICT Week, dedicated to IT and BPO outsourcing. The forum will convene international experts and industry leaders to explore global outsourcing trends and highlight new opportunities emerging in Uzbekistan.
The program will feature the official opening with the participation of organizers, presentations on Uzbekistan’s outsourcing ecosystem, case studies of successful international companies, and insights into the country’s advantages in workforce development and the growth of the BPO industry. The event will conclude with site visits to IT and BPO companies, as well as business meetings aimed at fostering new partnerships.
