Central Asian Innovation Hubs at INMerge Innovation Summit

 

The INMerge Innovation Summit, organized by PASHA Holding, has commenced in Baku, aimed at fostering the development of the innovation ecosystem by bringing together startups and investors. This summit serves as a platform for accelerating innovations among participants.

 

For the first time, the Central Asian Innovation Hubs alliance, established by IT Park Uzbekistan and Astana Hub in September of this year, was presented at the exhibition. As part of this alliance, eight startups from Central Asia showcased their projects and participated in investor pitching sessions.

 

 

Farkhod Ibragimov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, stated, "The Central Asian region holds tremendous potential in the fields of technology and innovation. The Central Asian Innovation Hubs initiative was created to unite the region's most promising startups and grant them access to international resources and investment opportunities. We are confident that through collective efforts, we can significantly enhance Central Asia’s standing on the global technology stage."

 

 

Magzhan Madiev, CEO of Astana Hub, further emphasized, "The INMerge Innovation Summit offers new prospects for cooperation and growth. Central Asia presents unique opportunities for the development of the IT ecosystem, and through the Central Asian Innovation Hubs, we aspire to transform the region into a significant center for technological innovation. This initiative is not solely focused on attracting investments; it also aims to establish international partnerships, unlock new markets, and encourage the exchange of cutting-edge technologies. We are confident that Central Asia has the potential to become a global hub for startups and IT professionals, and our participation in summits of this caliber marks a step towards achieving that objective. By uniting our efforts, we can transform the region into a vibrant and innovative hub that attracts global players and investors."

- OSON – A platform for swift and convenient payments, designed to enhance financial inclusion and integration.
- RBoffice – A cloud-based solution for business process management, optimizing internal operations for companies.
- TRIDMO – A 3D design and prototyping startup offering solutions for creating 3D models and animations for use by architects, designers, and engineers.
- IOTICS – An Internet of Things (IoT) platform providing solutions for establishing interconnected and secure device networks, simplifying data analysis and management.
- pwron.ai – An AI-powered assistant for research and strategy development, delivering instantaneous, data-driven market insights supported by experts, enabling businesses to optimize strategic decisions.
- BEKSAR – A Kazakh startup focused on the digitalization of small and medium-sized businesses in the retail sector, offering solutions that automate sales tracking and inventory management while also providing access to financing.
- MultiCode – A B2B SaaS platform for freight car operators, currently helping over 80,000 cars improve profitability through advanced technologies.
- BeyimTech AI – A personalized microlearning platform leveraging artificial intelligence for students and educators.

 

 

The startups engaged in discussions with prominent companies such as Paynet.az, Azercell, Greenpay, Pasha Bank, Pasha Pay, Holberton, and others. Through participation in this prestigious event, the startups garnered significant interest from potential investors and partners, opening up new opportunities for financing and strategic cooperation.

 

The involvement of the Central Asian Innovation Hubs in international summits of this scale underscores their pivotal role in attracting investment, fostering the development of cutting-edge technologies, and bolstering the region’s position on the global innovation landscape.
