According to the updated Numbeo ranking for the first half of 2025, Uzbekistan has been ranked 25th among the world’s safest countries, rising two positions compared to the same period last year. Among Central Asian nations, Uzbekistan has emerged as the undisputed leader in public safety, significantly ahead of Kazakhstan (73rd) and Kyrgyzstan (101st).
In anticipation of the upcoming Global Business Services Forum (GBSF), representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Ahmed Aboulezz, Advisor to the CEO, held a meeting with Chi Chiu, Founder of the American company CosmicBrain AI. The parties explored opportunities for collaboration in the areas of language education, workforce development, and employment of specialists in Japan, as well as the potential establishment of an HR agency and a Japanese language school in Uzbekistan.
