IT Park and Odoo Discuss Launch of ERP Education Programs

As part of a business visit to Dubai, representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan held a strategic meeting with Odoo, a leading global provider of ERP solutions. The meeting was attended by Erik Kononov, Head of Partnerships Development for Central Asia; Kevin Daniel Farah, Education Program Manager; and Ilya Aratsky, Senior Business Consultant from Odoo. Representing IT Park were Alisher Ubaydullaev, Head of Marketing Department, and Abdurakhman Karimberdiyev, Chief Manager of the CIS, MENA, and Türkiye Division.

The central focus of the meeting was the potential launch of collaborative initiatives to promote ERP education across Uzbekistan. In particular, the parties examined the integration of the Odoo’s educational platform within IT Park, with plans to provide training and certification for local instructors, deliver seminars and webinars, and develop career tracks offering practical training and employment pathways for graduates.

The dialogue also addressed the prospect of organizing joint events, including job fairs and educational forums, aimed at enhancing professional competencies in digital business transformation.

Odoo is actively expanding its presence in Uzbekistan and has announced plans for further investment in the region. Over the past two years, the company has firmly established itself in the Uzbek market, demonstrating rapid growth and playing a significant role in the digital transformation of local businesses. By deploying advanced ERP systems, Odoo enables companies to optimize operations, unlock new growth opportunities, and strengthen workforce capabilities.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to further investment in Uzbekistan, including the development of a local partner network, the creation of new employment opportunities through partner support, and the deepening of engagement with the national business sector. Collaboration with IT Park represents a significant step toward building a sustainable ecosystem for digital management, IT education, and innovation-driven growth in the region.

The partnership with Odoo opens new avenues for cultivating a highly skilled workforce in ERP and digital business management. IT Park remains committed to fostering international cooperation that facilitates the integration of global solutions into Uzbekistan’s educational and technological ecosystem.
