IT Park Uzbekistan Delegation Meets with Member Companies of Surkhandarya Region

 

A delegation from the IT Park Uzbekistan headquarters, including Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director, and Jamila Xalibaeva, Global Marketing Director, visited Termez to engage with regional members and discuss the development of Surkhandarya's export potential.

 

During the visit, Makhliyo Muksinova and Jamila Xalibaeva conducted a series of meetings with representatives from local member companies, such as London IT Academy, TenX Group, IT Call, and Young Adults. The primary objective of these engagements was to assess the activities of the companies and identify ways to improve their operational efficiency within the region. Special emphasis was placed on the opportunities for professional development and employment opportunities for young local specialists.

 

 

London IT Academy, established by TenX Group, offers English language and web programming courses, utilizing modern teaching methods. Bilolkhon Shodmonov, HR Manager at London IT Academy, underscored the academy's commitment to nurturing graduates capable of competing in global markets and meeting the growing demand for English-speaking professionals.

 

 

During a meeting with Alexander Lee, Director of the Unicall branch, the delegation familiarized itself with the company’s operations, which currently employ over 80 staff members providing services to international markets.

 

 

Young Adults, an educational center located in the Jarkurgan district, trains more than 1,500 students, specializing in IT and English language instruction. Rasulbek Saidov, Project Manager at Young Adults, outlined the academy's strategic vision for the coming years, focused on intensive preparation of English-speaking IT professionals.

 

 

It is noteworthy that by the end of the first nine months of 2024, 59 IT Park members acre successfully operating in the Surkhandarya region, employing over 320 staff members. Moreover, the IT Center Surxondaryo is actively functioning in the region, currently providing training to over 100 students in IT, design, digital literacy, and English language skills.

 

 

Furthermore, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation visited the construction site of the new IT Park Surxondaryo branch. The three-story building, with a total area of 4,100 square meters, will feature state-of-the-art office spaces, classrooms, a coworking center, and a cafeteria. Upon completion, the facility will host outsourcing companies, educational institutions, and freelancers. The new IT Park branch is expected to accommodate up to 450 professionals.

 

 

IT Park Surxondaryo will play a crucial role in bolstering the region's IT infrastructure, not only facilitating the creation of high-paying job opportunities but also enhancing the training of skilled professionals for the global market. This initiative further solidifies Uzbekistan's position in the international IT industry.
