    Minister of Digital Technologies Inspects Construction of New IT Park Branch in Termez

     

    During a working visit to the Surkhandarya region, the Minister of Digital Technologies, Sherzod Shermatov, inspected the construction site of the new IT Park branch in Termez, envisioned as a significant hub for fostering innovation and technological advancement in the region. The Minister also reviewed the conditions being created for member companies and IT specialists.

     

     

    The branch, set for completion in the near future, will provide IT Park members with state-of-the-art facilities and preferential terms for establishment. This new branch will offer all necessary conditions for the operation and growth of ITES companies, including a robust technological infrastructure specifically designed to promote innovative projects and IT services.

     

    Furthermore, Minister Shermatov reviewed plans for the establishment of an IT Academy that will launch following the branch’s opening. The Minister offered guidance on developing specialized educational programs and training initiatives for local youth, aimed at enhancing their qualifications and employability in the job market.

     

     

    Currently, the branch construction is in its final stages, with operational launch expected imminently. Once opened, the facility will serve as an essential infrastructure asset for IT sector development in Surkhandarya, providing subsidized workspace for over 20 companies and generating high-payinh employment opportunities for young specialists. Additionally, the IT Academy will commence operations, offering IT-focused educational programs tailored for the region’s youth.
