Liniza Fatkulina

Liniza Fatkulina is one of Uzbekistan’s leading IT specialists with experience in finance, product management, and the development of digital services, including transport and audio streaming platforms. Her career began in operations at MyTaxi, where she started as an operator, followed by projects at “Kash App”, an internal traffic accident project, and collaboration with the Youth Agency.

Since 2016, she has been actively involved in “Kash App”, a company developing high-tech products, where she serves as Director and Co‑Owner, focusing on audio streaming, DRM solutions, and mobile applications. Her major achievements include “Uzbek Voice” (the country’s first Uzbek-language AI voice assistant platform) and “Road24” (an app for checking traffic fines, vehicle inspections, and tinting, with over 5 million downloads). Today, Liniza is developing “Kash App”’s infrastructure, acting as a finance and product expert at hackathons such as “President Tech Award”, and strengthening the company’s position in the IT services market for finance, transport, and logistics.
