Muzaffar Karabayev

Muzaffar Karabayev is an Uzbek entrepreneur and investor, founder of several successful tech startups in Uzbekistan and abroad. He holds an MBA from Oxford Business School and began his career at Shell, working in investment analysis and mergers & acquisitions.

His first entrepreneurial ventures were national internet platforms UzReport.com and UzJobs.com, which played a key role in the development of the local IT market. Later, Karabayev focused on international SaaS and logistics projects, scaling them to the global level.

Today, he is the co-founder and CEO of kpi.com, as well as the startups Wing.ae and Zip24, actively developing the IT ecosystem in Uzbekistan and supporting education and young talent.

• Wing.ae / Wing.Delivery – On-demand digital delivery and logistics platform. Received seed investment from Souq.com (later acquired by Amazon) in 2016. Optimizes delivery using available transport resources.
• Zip24 – SaaS solution for e-commerce, logistics, and warehousing. Automates order management, delivery, and inventory tracking. Raised $1.2 million in 2021. Clients include companies from the Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia.
• UzReport.com – The first independent news portal in Uzbekistan, providing business and economic information.
• UzJobs.com – The largest job portal in Uzbekistan, connecting thousands of employers and job seekers.
