Stanislav Skvirsky

Stanislav Skvirsky was born and raised in Tashkent. His professional expertise centers on developing and launching new products, adapting technological solutions to market needs, and scaling business processes. He spent nearly 20 years working abroad at international companies, including GE Money Bank (General Electric) and the fintech service Skybonds, gaining deep expertise in financial technologies and product management.

In 2023, he joined the TBC Uzbekistan fintech ecosystem as Director of the Financial Products Department at Payme. He led the daily banking segment, overseeing P2P transfers, payments, transaction monitoring, and GovTech solutions — key services of the ecosystem.

In 2025, Stanislav was appointed CEO of Payme, one of Uzbekistan’s largest payment services. He is responsible for the company’s strategic development, launching new digital products, and managing operational teams, strengthening the company’s position in the fintech market.
