Stanislav Kozlov

Stanislav Kozlov is the Director of Software Wizards and a professional with a foundational education in media and communications. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Voronezh State University, specializing in “Radio Broadcasting Editing,” which equipped him with strong skills in information management, content creation, and mass communication processes. This background laid the foundation for his further development in management and marketing.

Before entering the IT sector, he served as Deputy General Director for Marketing at an industrial enterprise. In this role, Stanislav was responsible for promotion strategy, brand development, and the establishment of marketing processes, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of business and project scaling. This experience became a critical foundation for his subsequent work in the technology industry.

Under his leadership, Software Wizards has successfully operated for 27 years, completing over 1,000 projects. The company developed the Zigbee stack for smart devices, the zHome framework for smart home systems with mobile applications, backend architecture, and IoT gateways, and also fosters the international ZBOSS Open Initiative community. Its subsidiary, Noema, works on machine learning and computer vision solutions, demonstrating the company’s technological expertise and scale under his management.
