Talat Dadajanov

Talat (Ta'lat) Karimovich Dadajanov is founder and first head of Fido Biznes company, one of Uzbekistan's leading IT companies. He began his professional path at the design bureau of the Institute of Cybernetics, where he headed a department and was engaged in developing automated systems for major industrial enterprises.

On January 20, 1993, he founded Fido Biznes — a company that quickly became a leader in developing software solutions for the banking sector and government structures. Under his leadership, major projects were implemented for automating commercial banks, creating automated banking systems, implementing technological solutions in energy, telecommunications, logistics, and social sectors.

Dadajanov considers deep experience and client trust, formed over 30 years of successful work, to be Fido Biznes's main advantage. He is one of the initiators of digital reforms in the country, made a significant contribution to the establishment of the IT industry and training of new generations of specialists in Uzbekistan.

Banking sector automation — Development and implementation of automated banking systems (ABS) used by most commercial banks of Uzbekistan for operations, transactions, and customer service.

Information system "Pension" — System for calculating and controlling pension and benefit payments, implemented jointly with the extra-budgetary pension fund of the Ministry of Finance. Later, a system of individual accumulative pension accounts (IAPA) was implemented, covering the entire country.
