    IT Park Uzbekistan Represents the Nation at Customer Contact Week 2025 in Berlin

    Mr. Vsevolod Lee, Head of the Representative Office of IT Park Uzbekistan in Germany, participated in the prestigious European exhibition and congress, Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2025, held in Berlin. The event convened over 7,500 participants and more than 280 distinguished industry experts in the field of customer service.  

     

     

    The central theme of CCW 2025, "Where Humans Meet AI," focused on the integration of artificial intelligence into customer service, the personalization of user experiences, and the advancement of omnichannel solutions. The discussions addressed pivotal trends, including the enhancement of customer service quality through AI, the creation of optimal working environments in contact centers, the adaptation of leadership strategies to digital transformation, and the effective synergy between human expertise and technological innovation in the domain of customer experience.  

     

     

    As part of the event, IT Park Uzbekistan engaged in negotiations with representatives of globally renowned companies, including Microsoft, Genesys, Zendesk, Five9, Concentrix, Cognigy, Freshworks, Sprinklr, ServiceNow, Zoom, AWS, Deloitte, Salesforce, Vodafone, Huawei, Talkdesk, Telekom T Business, PwC, and other prominent industry leaders.  

     

     

    The discussions explored potential partnerships, participation in Uzbek programs and initiatives, and the possibility of obtaining IT Park membership status. Preliminary agreements were reached with several organizations to arrange follow-up meetings for the detailed elaboration of cooperation terms.  

     

    Beyond establishing new connections, IT Park Uzbekistan’s participation in CCW provided valuable insights into current case studies on AI implementation. The knowledge acquired during the event will be instrumental in advancing IT Park’s international strategy and attracting cutting-edge technologies and companies interested in expanding their presence in Central Asia.  

     

    The participation of IT Park Uzbekistan in CCW Berlin 2025 represents a significant milestone in strengthening international relations, unlocking new avenues for collaboration with global leaders in customer service and digital innovation.
