GET Academy Explores New Opportunities for Collaboration with Uzbek Startups

Malaysian-based GET Academy, a prominent educational organization specializing in certifications, consultancy, and incubation services, has begun exploring potential collaborations with Uzbekistan's startup community. During a recent meeting with IT Park Syrdarya branch representatives, GET Academy outlined its plans to support local startups, incubators, and rural entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan through strategic partnerships.

Ganesh Kumar Manokara, Chief Operating Officer of GET Academy, led the discussions, which covered a range of opportunities to enhance Uzbek businesses' global presence. GET Academy has over 500 employees and has established itself as a leader in offering innovative solutions that cater to clients' big-picture needs. Since its founding in 2019, the Academy has supported business development across various sectors, significantly impacting the ASEAN region.

The collaboration focuses on several key goals that would benefit the local economy and workforce

Global Branding: Leveraging GET Academy’s established networks, Uzbek startups can gain increased visibility on the international stage. This will include access to media channels and promotional opportunities that position them as competitive players in the global market.

Free Support for Startups: GET Academy will provide branding and marketing services at no cost to emerging Uzbek businesses, helping them overcome financial challenges associated with international expansion.

Innovation and Growth: By fostering an environment of innovation, GET Academy will offer resources, mentorship, and market insights to drive sustainable business development for Uzbekistan's entrepreneurial community.

Building Long-Term Partnerships:The partnership seeks to create enduring relationships between Malaysia and Uzbekistan, supporting continuous growth and collaboration to benefit both countries.

Moving forward, GET Academy and IT Park Syrdarya are considering formalizing their partnership through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and joint initiatives. This collaboration has the potential to significantly boost Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem, providing local professionals with the skills and resources needed to thrive in a global market. By facilitating access to ASEAN markets and supporting rural entrepreneurs, GET Academy is poised to contribute meaningfully to the development of Uzbekistan's economy.
