IT Park and the Confederation of Employers of Uzbekistan Discuss Collaborative Initiatives

A meeting was held between representatives of IT Park, led by MakhliyoMuksinova, Services Export Development Director, and the Confederation of Employers of Uzbekistan. The discussion centered on strengthening cooperation and addressing key issues related to the development of labor relations in Uzbekistan’s IT sector.

    Why is this important?

The Confederation of Employers of Uzbekistan serves as a key institution dedicated to safeguarding the interests of employers (entrepreneurs), business associations, and public organizations. Its activities are aimed at reforming economic, social, and labor relations.

Cooperation between IT Park and the Confederation of Employers

Both parties explored avenues for integrating IT Park members into labor development programs, while also deliberating on mechanisms for providing legal consultations and support in resolving labor-related matters.

    Enhancing Human Capital

The Confederation’s representatives introduced specialized training programs aimed at developing highly skilled professionals in the IT sector. Furthermore, an agreement was reached to organize joint educational initiatives and facilitate knowledge exchange with major companies.

Participation in International Forums and Cooperation with Foreign Companies

The parties also agreed to develop joint initiatives aimed at elevating Uzbekistan’s global standing as a country with progressive labor relations and dynamic development. Moreover, plans were outlined for participation in global IT projects and platforms.

During the meeting, representatives of the Confederation of Employers of Uzbekistan delivered presentations highlighting the main directions of their operations and existing partnerships with international organizations in the field of labor and employment. This dialogue marked a significant milestone in fostering stronger collaboration between IT Park and the Confederation of Employers, ultimately contributing to the advancement of Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem and the enhancement of labor conditions within the industry.
