IT Park Uzbekistan Strengthens International Partnerships: Strategic Engagements with Leading IT Companies

As part of its efforts to enhance international collaboration, a delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan participated in the Shared Services & Offshore Outsourcing Week, showcasing Uzbekistan’s potential as a strategic destination for IT-enabled services (ITeS) businesses.

Why Is This Important?

Shared Services & Outsourcing Week in Orlando is a premier platform for leaders in the service, IT, and outsourcing industries to discuss key strategies, emerging technologies, and market trends. Over four days, more than 1,000 participants exchange insights, explore best practices, and identify new business opportunities.

IT Park Uzbekistan presented its own exhibition stand, which attracted significant interest from international companies. Throughout the conference, a series of negotiations took place with representatives of the global IT sector, who view Uzbekistan as a promising market for business expansion.

Executives from major corporations expressed keen interest in potential collaboration, including the establishment of regional offices, business scaling, and investment opportunities. Discussions focused on the potential of the professional and digital services sector, the cost-effectiveness of operating in Uzbekistan, as well as plans for follow-up meetings and business visits to assess market opportunities in greater detail. Special attention was given to Uzbekistan’s skilled workforce, technological infrastructure, and government initiatives supporting international business expansion.

Following the negotiations at Shared Services & Offshore Outsourcing Week, Uzbekistan is set to welcome 10 companies specializing in software development and digital services, which will create at least 250 new employment opportunities. Furthermore, cooperation is underway with international consultants to enhance Uzbekistan’s global visibility and attract export-oriented businesses.

Ongoing negotiations with international companies underscore Uzbekistan’s growing appeal as a strategic IT hub. IT Park Uzbekistan remains steadfast in its efforts to attract global industry leaders, offering a competitive business environment, a highly skilled talent pool, and comprehensive support at every stage of market entry. The continued development of these partnerships is expected to lead to the establishment of new international offices and the creation of high-tech jobs in the country.
