Uzbekistan’s outsourcing landscape was presented to Concentrix

The delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan led by the CEO Farkhod Ibragimov visited the Turkish office of Concentrix, one of the largest outsourcing companies in the world. Concentrix was founded more than 20 years ago, and operates across 6 continents and in over 70 countries, serving more than 2,000 clients globally, including well-known brands from the Fortune Global 500 list, offering a wide range of services.

During the visit, IT Park representatives, led by CEO Farkhod Ibragimov, met with Arzu Tekin, Commercial Director for the EMEA region, and Mark Kandiyoti, Business Development Director for the EMEA region. During the discussions, IT Park Uzbekistan emphasised the country’s growing potential as a key player in the global outsourcing industry.

The Uzbek delegation showcased government initiatives aimed at creating a favourable business environment for international companies, including tax incentives and a growing pool of IT specialists. Concentrix representatives were briefed on the advantages of business expansion in Uzbekistan, such as the country’s strategic location and state-supported initiatives like the Zero Risk program, which allows companies to enter the Uzbek market with minimal investment, and the Softlanding program, which provides comprehensive support to foreign companies entering the market.

Both parties expressed an interest in further exploring cooperation opportunities. The meeting was an important step toward building a partnership with Concentrix. Global players will enhance Uzbekistan’s position in the global outsourcing market, creating new opportunities for job growth and the development of local specialists' skills.
