As part of the “Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024,” a visit was conducted to “MAAB Innovation,” a resident company of IT Park located in Tashkent, specializing in business analytics services.
During the presentation, Mr. Bahrom Oliev, the General Manager of the company, presented the company’s products and partnership programs. He particularly highlighted the educational activities of MAAB Academy, initiated in 2017, which have seen over 400 specialists undergo training in the USA, and 300 in Uzbekistan, subsequently securing positions in renowned corporations such as Google, Microsoft, and others.
Mr. Bahrom Oliev also elaborated on the Talent Plant Test (TPT), a unique talent selection method, and outlined collaboration opportunities with MAAB Innovation, encompassing project-based work, outsourcing, and internship programs for novice specialists.
Representatives from IT Park acknowledged the company’s pivotal role in cultivating highly skilled personnel for IT Park residents.

Participants of the tour had an opportunity to get acquainted with the projects and products of MAAB Innovation and pose inquiries regarding the company’s relationships with international partners, training methods, and human resource support. The visit to the MAAB Innovation served as a significant milestone in fostering partnership relations and exchanging experiences between the tour participants and the company.
