Yulia Yakovleva is the CEO of Exadel Uzbekistan and the founder of Exact IT and Person Hunters. She has over 17 years of experience in HR management and IT, leads digital solution development projects, and provides consulting in organizational development.

She holds a PhD in telecommunications systems and computer networks and is the founder of the National Employers Association of Uzbekistan. She is also a member of the Public Council under the Tashkent Hokimiyat and the Coordination Council of the HR Managers Association of Kazakhstan. Yulia is a graduate of the UJC Professional Management Program, a certified Talent Review specialist, and holds professional qualifications in marketing research, coaching, personnel assessment, industrial safety, and facilitation.

Since 2022, she has been leading the development of a multifunctional platform for automating personnel assessment, recruitment, and onboarding processes. She has over 9 years of teaching experience at Tashkent University of Information Technologies and has led IT projects creating portals and user services. Her total managerial experience exceeds 15 years.
