Global Business Services Forum 2024 Participants: Visits to IT Park Uzbekistan Members

As part of the Global Business Services Forum 2024, held in Tashkent, visits were organized for forum guests to IT Park Uzbekistan member companies to familiarize themselves with their operations. These visits provided a deeper understanding of the activities of leading IT market players and facilitated discussions on prospects for further cooperation.

The first stop on the visit itinerary was a meeting with representatives from ZMT Integrity. During the meeting, forum participants received detailed information about the company's functions and services, which include logistics and outsourcing abroad. International guests were particularly interested in market expectations regarding night shift workers, their compensation, employment status, social security, and working conditions.

Furthermore, a visit was organized to Jet Truck Logistics, which offers a full range of logistics outsourcing services, including dispatching, tracking, monitoring, accounting, and other processes from the USA to Tashkent. The company is fully oriented towards outsourcing and provides 24/7 support to its clients. Representatives from foreign companies examined Jet Truck Logistics' experience, seeking details on employee and external contractor hiring practices.

Next, the forum participants met with representatives from Fido Biznes. The main focus was on discussing the company’s fintech initiatives and opportunities for banking sector automation. Forum participants were interested in exploring Fido Biznes' interaction with the international platform Alliance Access and the prospects for integrating innovative solutions into various business processes.

Continuing the program, participants visited Realsoft, where they were introduced to the company’s key work areas, including information system development, fintech, e-commerce, educational technologies, agrotechnologies, and healthcare. Special attention was given to the company's current focus on artificial intelligence and application security issues.

The international representatives also visited IT Park University (ITPU) to learn about the institution's educational programs with a practical focus. The guests were impressed by the number of young people being trained in IT disciplines, who are already prepared for employment in major exporting companies.

In conclusion, forum participants visited the offices of Uzinfocom and Vention. Uzinfocom, the largest state-owned IT company in Uzbekistan, showcased its achievements in video and voice analysis, providing secure and convenient services for various sectors, including banking. Vention representatives presented their Manufacturing Automation Platform, which allows engineers to develop and implement automated systems. The tour included demonstrations of advanced technologies and successful examples of automated system implementation.

During the visits, there were also tours of the Ustudy training center, where international guests familiarized themselves with modern training rooms and the center's activities. Discussions covered prospective joint projects, investment opportunities, and the implementation of innovative technologies.

The visits of Global Business Services Forum 2024 participants to IT Park Uzbekistan residents have the potential to establish partnerships and collaborations. The agreements reached and the expressed willingness to cooperate lay the foundation for new joint projects, stimulating the growth of Uzbekistan's IT sector and opening new business opportunities in the region.
