NX3 Games Expresses Interest in Hiring GameDev Talent from Uzbekistan

A delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Director of Business Development Jakhongir Radjabov, held a formal meeting with NX3 Games to discuss prospects for collaboration and strategic growth in Uzbekistan’s Game Development industry.

NX3 Games, a game development company bringing together seasoned professionals across all key domains of the GameDev sector, is dedicated to creating innovative games with remarkable speed and precision. Following the global success of its inaugural project, Rohan M, including in South Korea, NX3 Games has consistently developed and implemented groundbreaking ideas within the gaming industry. Its latest release, Lord Nine, achieved notable success in South Korea and Taiwan in 2024, leading revenue rankings on both the App Store and Google Play within just one week of launch, and generating $45 million in revenue during its first month.

NX3 Games has expressed interest in recruiting local graphic designers to address its workforce needs in this domain. As a preliminary measure, the company intends to initiate outsourcing projects to assess the skill levels of Uzbek specialists. Should these projects prove successful, NX3 Games is considering establishing an office in Uzbekistan.

Further discussions included the exploration of a business model under which NX3 Games could establish a regional sales office in Uzbekistan. The company expressed particular interest in Uzbekistan’s tax framework and business support programs, including the Zero Risk initiative, which present compelling opportunities for growth and profitability.

NX3 Games representatives are planning a visit to Uzbekistan to gain an in-depth understanding of the local market's potential. This collaboration is anticipated to deliver substantial economic benefits to Uzbekistan, creating new employment opportunities and fostering the development of the Game Development industry, thereby positioning Uzbekistan as a strategic hub.

For Uzbek professionals, this partnership will open unique avenues to participate in international projects and enhance their expertise, which is expected to significantly enhance the nation’s prosperity and further the advancement of Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem.
