IT Park and Svaiy Art: Partnership for Advancing Uzbekistan’s Gaming Industry

A delegation from IT Park met with the management of Svaiy Art to discuss opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation and the development of Uzbekistan’s gaming industry. During the meeting, several promising avenues of collaboration were discussed, including the development of innovative projects and the exchange of expertise in game development.

Svaiy Art is an innovative company specializing in the creation of unique art projects utilizing modern technologies. The company’s primary activities encompass the development and implementation of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies in art and game development, thereby enabling the creation of captivating and impressive projects. Svaiy Art operates on both local and international stages, positioning itself at the forefront of contemporary trends in the world of art and technology.

During the meeting, representatives from IT Park and Svaiy Art addressed the global shortage of qualified game development specialists and the potential for bolstering the gaming industry within Uzbekistan. Svaiy Art expressed their commitment to sharing their knowledge and expertise with emerging talents in Uzbekistan by creating a comprehensive game development training program, in addition to organizing master classes and workshops.

A decision was reached to develop and implement new educational programs on the Unreal Engine platform and to launch partnership programs with educational institutions for the training of young GameDev specialists. Future plans also include the establishment of a training center equipped with all necessary resources to conduct high-level classes. The program will cater to both beginners and experienced professionals seeking to enhance their skills.

The training program from Svaiy Art, along with the company's future projects, will provide young talents with opportunities for professional growth and career development.

GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event convened approximately 450 participants representing 260 companies, including 237 international companies from 40 countries. Among the attendees were representatives of multinational corporations, startups, government agencies, and venture capital funds.

On 11 November 2025, a resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan entered into force, enabling foreign founders of member companies of IT Park, as well as their foreign employees, to open bank accounts and bank cards remotely.
