IT Park Uzbekistan Participates in ICTACS 2024 Panel Discussion on Bridging the Industry-Academia Gap

IT Park Uzbekistan participated in the 4th International Conference on Technological Advancements in Computational Sciences (ICTACS 2024), hosted by Amity University Tashkent. This year’s conference, titled "Bridging the Industry-Academia Gap through Emerging Disruptive Technologies," brought together experts, academics, and industry leaders to discuss the latest trends and innovations in IT and computational sciences.

 

The main goal of ICTACS 2024 was to bring together scientists, researchers and industry representatives to discuss current issues in the field of computer science, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, the Internet of Things and cybersecurity.

 

 

Makhliyo Muksinova, Export Development Director at IT Park Uzbekistan, represented the organization during a panel discussion focused on bridging the gap between industry and academia. During her speech, she highlighted the needs of export-oriented companies, emphasizing the skills that are in high demand, and the importance of preparing students for competitive global markets. Makhliyo also shared insights into IT Park’s initiatives to support export companies, including fostering collaboration between universities and businesses and creating a robust environment for startups.
