Makhliyo Muksinova Delivered a Speech at the IV International Management Forum in Tashkent

During the IV International Management Forum in Tashkent, held under the theme "PEOPLE. CULTURE. RESULTS," Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director at IT Park, delivered a presentation on "The Present and Future of Uzbekistan's IT Industry." The forum served as a significant platform, bringing together leading experts and thought leaders from around the world to discuss strategies for advancing the digital economy and management in the country.

Prominent figures at the forum included John King, President of John King Partners and author of the international business bestseller "Tribal Leadership"; Timur Yadgarov, CEO of John King Partners Europe; Mark Kukushkin, founder of the PiR Festival and author of the book "Alive"; Leonid Krol, Professor at the Higher School of Economics and owner of the coaching estate Incantico (Italy); Alexander Filatov, an expert at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development among others.

Makhliyo Muksinova emphasized that the IT sector has emerged as a crucial driver of economic growth in Uzbekistan, an achievement unattainable without the systematic efforts of IT Park and its supportive ecosystem. In her speech, she highlighted the nation’s active development of infrastructure conducive to startups, technology companies, and IT professionals, which has propelled the expansion of export capabilities.

"Uzbekistan today not only represents an attractive destination for investment but also stands as a hub of innovation and technology, capturing the attention of the international community", – she stated.

Furthermore, Ms. Muksinova underscored that in recent years, Uzbekistan's exports have grown substantially due to government support, the establishment of educational initiatives, and fruitful international partnerships. She pointed to the promising prospects of fields such as artificial intelligence and green technologies, which are set to become pivotal for Uzbekistan's international competitiveness.

Additionally, she noted that, thanks to current IT Park programs, an increasing number of foreign companies are expressing interest in establishing offices in Uzbekistan. The country's recognition as a global technology hub continues to grow, creating expanded opportunities for businesses and startups aiming to enter international markets.

The Fourth International Management Forum in Tashkent constituted a substantial occasion for the exchange of expertise and the discussion of critical issues concerning the development of management and technology in Uzbekistan. By gathering distinguished experts and practitioners, the forum fostered deeper collaboration across various sectors and reinforced the country's international standing.
