Regional Development: A Path to an Innovative Future. IT Park, IT Bilim, and IT Park Ventures Join Forces to Support Startups Across the Regions

Uzbekistan’s IT sector continues its rapid expansion, with the development of regional startups remaining a strategic priority. To advance this initiative, a delegation from IT Park, IT Bilim, and IT Park Ventures visited Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana, engaging in strategic discussions with entrepreneurs and investors.

 

The primary objective of this initiative is to establish a dynamic ecosystem for technology-driven businesses, ensuring access to investment, expert mentorship, and tailored educational programs. During the visit, Azzamat Karamatov, Director of IT Park Ventures, and Farrukh Rasulov, Head of IT Bilim, explored opportunities with local entrepreneurs to scale projects, attract investment, and integrate innovative solutions.

A key milestone of the visit was Andijan, where representatives of IT Bilim and IT Park Ventures introduced participants to Bilgi.uz, an advanced educational platform, alongside targeted loan programs, the Zero Risk initiative, and support measures of IT Park Ventures in attracting investments and developing startups. These resources are designed to equip IT entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and knowledge to accelerate business growth.

The delegation then met with startups and IT Park members in Fergana, with discussions centered on funding strategies, business scaling, and international market expansion.

The final stage of the visit took place in Namangan, where discussions were held with representatives of the local business community and IT startups. Participants showcased their projects, received valuable recommendations on strategic development, and familiarized themselves with the latest support programs, including targeted loans for IT businesses, Zero Risk for exporters, and investment opportunities provided by IT Park Ventures.
