    Uzbek Startup kpi.com and FAI Sign Memorandum of Cooperation at LEAP 2025

    During the LEAP 2025 International Technology Exhibition, FAI, a leading provider of cloud-based invoicing and tax management solutions, and kpi.com, an AI-driven business management platform and member of IT Park Uzbekistan, signed a memorandum of cooperation. This partnership is aimed at facilitating business operations by automating key processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory tax requirements, particularly for businesses entering the Saudi Arabian market.

    Compliance and Automation for Businesses

    Following the introduction of Value Added Tax (VAT) in Saudi Arabia in 2018 and its subsequent increase to 15% in 2020, tax compliance requirements have become more stringent. Businesses operating in the region are required to maintain digital records, file tax returns punctually, and adhere to strict reporting deadlines.

    By leveraging FAI’s extensive expertise in local regulatory frameworks, companies will be able to seamlessly align their operations with the standards of ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) and FATOORA (the national e-invoicing system). Meanwhile, kpi.com’s advanced AI-driven solutions will facilitate the automation of essential business processes, including accounting, human resources management, customer relationship management (CRM), and inventory tracking.

    "This partnership represents a significant milestone in our mission to simplify business processes for our clients. By joining forces with kpi.com, we are offering a comprehensive system that not only optimizes efficiency but also ensures full compliance with Saudi Arabia’s taxation framework," stated Jassim Alharoun, Founder and CEO of FAI.

    Muzaffar Karabaev, CEO of kpi.com, added: "Our strategic collaboration with FAI unlocks new opportunities for businesses in Saudi Arabia. As we continue to refine our AI engine and key modules, including advanced accounting capabilities, FAI will serve as a reliable compliance partner, helping businesses meet the requirements of ZATCA, FATOORA, and other regulatory bodies."

    Key Advantages of the Partnership

    • AI-Driven Automation — Streamlining business processes while providing valuable analytical insights;
    • Guaranteed Compliance — Full alignment with VAT and zakat requirements in Saudi Arabia;
    • Integrated Solutions — A unified platform covering accounting, HR management, CRM, and other core business functions;
    • Data Security — Robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard financial information.

    The Future of Digital Transformation

    The signing of this memorandum of cooperation between FAI and kpi.com marks a significant step forward in the digital evolution of businesses operating in the region. By integrating their technological capabilities, the partnership will enable enterprises to streamline administrative processes and focus on growth and scalability. In the near future, the partners plan to introduce a suite of integrated solutions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency of business operations.
