Uzbekistan Connect: Become Tech Ambassador of Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is on the brink of becoming a global IT Hub, and its most valuable asset is its people—both at home and abroad. Across the world, Uzbek professionals have made remarkable strides in the tech industry, launching successful businesses, leading groundbreaking projects, and earning global recognition. Now, a new initiative aims to channel this success back into Uzbekistan, transforming the country into a world-class IT hub.

Uzbekistan Connect is a global movement aimed at bringing together Uzbek IT professionals worldwide to help develop the country into an international IT hub. The program attracts industry leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs to contribute to the growth of Uzbekistan’s tech ecosystem.

At the heart of this program are Tech Ambassadors — elite Uzbek entrepreneurs, investors, and IT executives who have built their careers abroad and now stand ready to bridge international markets with Uzbekistan, as well as renowned international experts dedicated to shaping Uzbekistan’s tech future.

    Key Objectives

Create a global network of Uzbek IT professionals – Connect experienced Uzbek tech specialists, entrepreneurs, and investors living abroad with the local IT ecosystem. By fostering collaboration between international and domestic experts, the program aims to accelerate knowledge exchange, joint ventures, and technological innovation in Uzbekistan.

Attract leading global IT companies and investments – Position Uzbekistan as an attractive destination for international tech firms and investors. Through strategic partnerships, policy advocacy, and direct engagement with global industry leaders, Uzbekistan Connect seeks to bring in capital, expertise, and cutting-edge technologies to support the country’s digital transformation.

Develop venture funding opportunities for startups – Strengthen Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem by facilitating access to venture capital and angel investments. The initiative will work to connect promising Uzbek startups with international investors, helping them scale globally and compete in the international market.

Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities for young professionals – Engage experienced Uzbek IT specialists and business leaders as mentors for emerging talent. Through structured mentorship programs, career coaching, and skills development initiatives, Uzbekistan Connect will empower the next generation of tech professionals and entrepreneurs.

Position Uzbekistan as a leading global IT hub – Actively promote Uzbekistan’s growing tech sector on the international stage. By leveraging media exposure, global networking events, and strategic partnerships, the initiative aims to enhance the country’s reputation as a center for innovation, talent, and digital business opportunities.
