Tashkent is set to become the central stage for the global venture ecosystem: the Central Eurasian Venture Forum (CEVF 2026) will take place in Uzbekistan’s capital next spring. The forum is recognized as the key platform for deals and dialogue among investors, startups, and corporations across Central Eurasia.
The announcement follows the signing of a memorandum during the Startup & Venture Summit at ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2025. The forum will be organized by MOST Holding and IT Park Uzbekistan, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan — the country’s leading national platform for startups and digital initiatives — joining as partner and co-organizer.
“It is a great honor for us to host CEVF 2026 in Tashkent. At IT Park Uzbekistan, our mission is to integrate the country into the global innovation ecosystem, and hosting such a major forum is a crucial step in that direction. We are confident that CEVF will become a catalyst for deals, partnerships, and bold ideas that will strengthen Uzbekistan’s role as a center of technological development in the region Central Asia,”
said Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan.
Expanding Regional Impact
CEVF, now in its fifth edition, has already established itself as the premier event for the regional venture market. In 2026, the forum will step beyond Kazakhstan for the first time and make its debut in Uzbekistan, reflecting the growing integration of ecosystems and the commitment of Central Asian countries to joint development.
The forum will bring together investors, founders, corporate leaders, venture funds, and development institutions. Participants will include top players from the United States, Singapore, South Korea, the UAE, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, all convening on one stage in Tashkent.
Forum With a Mission
Organized by MOST Holding, CEVF is part of a broader mission to systematically develop entrepreneurship in the region. From its inception, the forum has served as a marketplace where real investments happen, with deals signed and partnerships formed during the event itself.
“CEVF was created as a platform where real investments take place. Even at the earliest forums, deals were being struck on the spot, investment agreements signed, and partnerships formed. We are certain the same energy will unfold in Tashkent. Uzbekistan today is one of the most dynamic ecosystems in the region, thanks to the systemic efforts of IT Park Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Digital Technologies, and we see tremendous potential here for new growth and integration of Central Asia into the global market. We are proud to bring our forum to Uzbekistan and believe it will become a new magnet for investors and entrepreneurs worldwide,”
said Pavel Koktyshev, CEO of MOST Holding.
A Milestone for Central Asia
CEVF 2026 in Tashkent will not only continue the forum’s tradition but also mark a new milestone in the development of the regional venture market. The event will strengthen Central Asia’s role as a growing investment cluster and create new growth opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors alike.
