Xsolla and IT Park Uzbekistan Sign MoU to Launch GameDev Academy in Uzbekistan

Xsolla, a leading global provider of business solutions for the video game industry, and IT Park Uzbekistan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the first Game Development Academy in Uzbekistan. This collaboration aims to foster local talent and support the burgeoning gaming industry in the region.

During the ICT WEEK 2024, representatives from Xsolla and IT Park Uzbekistan discussed the comprehensive plan for the GameDev Academy. The academy will focus on skill development, job creation, and providing support for the gaming industry. GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. On 11 November 2025, a resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan entered into force, enabling foreign founders of member companies of IT Park, as well as their foreign employees, to open bank accounts and bank cards remotely.
