As known, residents are obligated to conduct their operations in compliance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 589 dated July 15, 2019, and fulfill their obligations under the Agreement on the Terms of IT Park Resident Activity.
Since the beginning of 2024, 101 companies have been deprived of IT Park resident status due to non-compliance with their obligations.
The responsibilities of IT Park residents include:
- Exclusively conducting activities specified in the business plan, based on the types of activities according to the List;
- Providing IT Park with quarterly reports on their activities;
- Conducting an annual audit of financial and economic activities and submitting one copy of the audit report to IT Park;
- Fulfilling obligations arising from the Agreement on the Terms of IT Park Resident Activity.
Residents who violate the requirements of the Agreement lose their resident status, and tax benefits will be revoked, with the restoration of obligations for payment to the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the prescribed manner.
