Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director, held a meeting with a delegation from Incepta Solutions, headed by CTO Ishtiaq Ahmed. The discussions focused on the company’s potential entry into the Uzbek market and the possibility of establishing an office in the country to launch outsourcing projects and foster long-term cooperation.
Incepta Solutions is a Canadian consulting company established in 2010. With a workforce of over 150 employees and annual revenues exceeding $20 million, the company specializes in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, API management, cloud solutions, and process automation. Incepta is a partner of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Boomi, with its headquarters in Toronto and additional offices in the United States, UAE, India, and Bangladesh.
During the meeting, Incepta’s representatives highlighted the strong qualifications of Uzbekistan’s IT specialists, noting that prior interviews with local professionals had demonstrated a high level of technical competence.
Particular attention was given to ensuring favorable conditions for Incepta’s long-term presence in Uzbekistan. The parties discussed cooperation in areas such as outsourcing contracts, joint service operations, and the development of fintech and cloud technology projects. It was emphasized that tax incentives, free office spaces, and robust government support make Uzbekistan an attractive destination for international IT companies.
Collaboration with Incepta Solutions will enable IT Park Uzbekistan to strengthen the country’s position as a promising hub for Canadian IT investment, while also generating new contracts, creating employment opportunities for local specialists, and accelerating the development of fintech and cloud ecosystems in the region.
