In Namangan, the Algoritm Center is cultivating the next generation of specialists in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity

During his working visit to Namangan Region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov visited the Algoritm educational center, an IT Park member, to familiarize himself with the organization of its training process.

The center’s educational activities are conducted by 23 mentors, who annually train over 1,200 young people in such advanced fields as web programming, graphic design, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

To date, more than 300 graduates of the center have secured employment. The training process incorporates interactive courses, master classes, mentorship programs, and innovative methodologies developed with reference to international best practices. This approach ensures the preparation of specialists who are competitive in both domestic and global labor markets.

As part of the visit, the Minister held an in-depth dialogue with students, discussing their interests and aspirations for the future. He emphasized that artificial intelligence and cybersecurity are of strategic significance not only for Uzbekistan but also for the global economy.

Following the visit, instructions were issued to the relevant authorities to further support such educational centers, ensure the professional development of young people, and encourage their initiatives.
