IT Park University announces 100 grants for applicants from Fergana and Nukus

IT Park University is launching a grant program for graduates from Fergana and Nukus. Under this initiative, one hundred students will be provided with the opportunity to pursue their first year of undergraduate studies free of charge at one of the country’s leading IT universities. The program is aimed at supporting talented youth from the regions and creating favorable conditions for their successful integration into the IT sector.

Established in 2022 at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, IT Park University has, from its inception, positioned itself as a key center for the training of highly qualified IT specialists. The educational process is based on a hybrid model, with instruction delivered in English and supplemented by practical assignments and real projects. The university offers bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, while its partnership with EPAM enables students to undertake internships at the company’s European offices. In its first year of admissions, 248 students were enrolled; today, the institution provides education to 409 students.

Academic programs at IT Park University are regularly updated in accordance with the requirements of the rapidly developing IT industry. Among its faculty are specialists from the international company EPAM. Training includes practical projects with industry partners, as well as opportunities for international internships. According to university data, over 80 percent of graduates are already employed in IT companies.

The initiative provides 100 grants covering the full cost of tuition for the first year of undergraduate studies: 50 grants are allocated for applicants from Nukus, and 50 for applicants from Fergana. Selection will be conducted on the basis of entrance examinations in English and mathematics. Applicants who hold international certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR, SAT, DTM, Astrum, and others) confirming the required level of knowledge may be exempted from entrance examinations. Among the successful candidates, the 50 highest-scoring applicants will be awarded grants.

Each grant fully covers tuition fees for one academic year. This constitutes a unique opportunity for young people to obtain a high-quality education without financial constraints and to begin a career in one of the most promising industries. Entrance examinations for applicants from Fergana and Nukus will be conducted at the regional branches of IT Park Uzbekistan in Margilan and Nukus.

The IT Park University grant program aims to support graduates from the regions, expand access to modern IT education. The initiative will enable young professionals to gain new opportunities for professional growth and embark on careers in the field of information technology.

Registration for participation is now open at: my.itpu.uz.
