Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan carried out a working visit to Cairo, during which a series of meetings were held with government institutions, venture capital funds, technology companies, and outsourcing partners in Egypt. Following the negotiations, the parties reached agreements on developing institutional cooperation, organizing delegation visits to Uzbekistan, and supporting the establishment of offices by several Egyptian companies in the country.
Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan met with officials of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Egypt. During the meeting, the parties discussed plans to expand cooperation in the field of information technology, as well as support measures for Egyptian companies considering entry into the Uzbek market. Agreements were reached on cooperation in organizing business meetings and promoting the opportunities of IT Park Uzbekistan among the local business community.

The Embassy also confirmed its readiness to provide diplomatic and organizational support in establishing contacts between public and private institutions of both countries, thereby creating a foundation for the further expansion of joint IT initiatives.
During a meeting with the venture capital fund F6 Ventures, the parties discussed investment opportunities, startup support, and potential areas of cooperation. The Egyptian side expressed interest in exploring the Uzbek market and participating in events organized by IT Park Uzbekistan.

V.Connct considered opportunities to open an office in Uzbekistan and to use the country as a platform for entering the Central Asian market. During the meeting, tax incentives, the Zero Risk program, and the advantages of working with local IT talent were presented. The company expressed interest in further market analysis and plans to visit Uzbekistan as part of an upcoming event.

Main Telecom explored opportunities to enter the Uzbek market and expressed interest in participating in events organized by IT Park Uzbekistan. Key topics of discussion included conditions for software development, localization of services, and the attraction of local specialists.

The fund invests in startups in fintech, e-commerce, logistics, education, and B2B solutions, supporting teams at both early and growth stages. EgyRobo announced its intention to open a back office in Uzbekistan and attract local IT specialists. The meeting addressed issues related to adapting the company’s digital products for the region and obtaining member status at IT Park Uzbekistan.

EgyRobo is one of Egypt’s major IT companies, operating since 2006. The company specializes in robotics, process automation, and the development of software solutions for international clients. With experience in Europe, EgyRobo considers Uzbekistan a promising direction for expansion and is actively seeking new markets for building engineering teams and launching technology projects.
The EdVentures fund explored opportunities to expand into Uzbekistan through the participation of its EdTech startups in IT Park Uzbekistan events and by assessing the potential of the local market. The parties discussed which projects might be of interest to the Uzbek audience, as well as possible formats for startup participation in exhibitions, pitch sessions, and educational programs.

ITIDA expressed interest in joint efforts and readiness to facilitate connections between IT Park Uzbekistan and local companies. The parties agreed to continue discussions on practical steps toward future partnership.

The parties agreed to continue information exchange and consider GAFI’s participation in future IT Park Uzbekistan events.
