Uzbekistan, a country with a rich cultural heritage and a burgeoning digital landscape, is making significant strides in the realm of information technology. At the forefront of this transformation is IT Park Uzbekistan, a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship that is redefining the nation's technological landscape.

Recently, at the International Investment Forum, a special session titled "IT Park Uzbekistan: New Horizons of Development" shed light on the remarkable progress and promising future of Uzbekistan's IT sector. Over 200 participants took part in the event. Moreover, with 13,073 jobs created within the IT-es sector, IT Park is playing a pivotal role in driving employment opportunities and fostering talent development.

Looking ahead, Uzbekistan has set ambitious targets for its digital transformation journey. Aligned with the strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030," the country aims to become a regional IT hub and increase the volume of IT service and software exports to $5 billion USD by 2030. The strategy also prioritizes the development of human capital, with plans to train over 300,000 highly skilled IT professionals. Furthermore, with a target of reaching $1 billion USD in IT exports by the end of 2024, Uzbekistan is poised to elevate its position in the global digital arena.

Within the framework of the International Investment Forum, a significant milestone was achieved as a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between IT Park Uzbekistan and Karam Global Investments Holding Abu Dhabi. The MoU aims to enhance cooperation in the field of IT and Outsourcing for Digital Transformation (DX).
