Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Services Export Development Director Makhliyo Muksinova, held a meeting with Khurram Akhtar, CEO and Co-Founder of Programmers Force. The discussions focused on Uzbekistan’s potential in the field of information technology, the prospects for establishing a company office in the country, and plans for hiring local specialists.
Programmers Force is a technology company founded in Lahore, Pakistan. The company employs approximately 800 professionals and has an estimated turnover of $120 million. Operating across five countries, it provides services in IT consulting, AI-driven application development, fintech solutions, big data, enterprise applications, mobile development, and API integration. Its core competencies include the development of secure and scalable systems for financial services, e-commerce, telecommunications, and digital platforms.
During the negotiations, representatives of Programmers Force emphasized their interest in Uzbekistan’s opportunities and noted the advantages of the Zero Risk program offered to IT Park members. The company is currently considering Fergana and Samarkand as potential locations for opening its office.
Programmers Force confirmed its intention to establish an office in Uzbekistan and, at the initial stage, to hire 100 English- and Japanese-speaking specialists in technical support and online sales. Subject to positive results, the company also plans to recruit Uzbek IT professionals for more advanced technological roles.
Collaboration with Programmers Force will allow IT Park Uzbekistan to attract new investment, expand international cooperation, and create additional employment opportunities, thereby strengthening Uzbekistan’s position as a regional hub for IT services and digital innovation.
