Testinium has opened 2 companies in Uzbekistan

 

Within the framework of the Global Business Services Forum, a meeting took place between representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by CEO Farhod Ibragimov, and Onur Erdogan, the co-founder and head of the Turkish IT company Testinium. This meeting marked a significant event in bolstering the collaboration between Uzbekistan and Turkey in the field of information technology.

 

Testinium is a Turkish IT company founded in 2010, with a total revenue exceeding $110 million. The company boasts a workforce of over 1100 employees across six offices worldwide. Testinium stands as a leading platform for testing mobile, web, and desktop applications, offering users a distinctive approach to testing their projects. The company holds leading positions in the field of quality control automation in Europe.  

 

 

During the meeting, the possibility of establishing an ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) board and certification centers in Uzbekistan was discussed. Furthermore, the development of Testinium’s global strategy for training Uzbek IT specialists, aimed at their subsequent employment and enhancing the export potential of IT services in Uzbekistan, was deliberated.

 

Currently, Testinium has already opened two representative offices in Uzbekistan: an outsourcing office and a testing academy. IT Park Uzbekistan will also partner with Testinium in the creation of testing academies and the training of IT specialists, engaging local universities to launch new educational programs on their campuses.

 

 

The agreements reached with Testinium will enable Uzbekistan to build a solid foundation for the development of its IT sector. The opening of new academies and certification centers will equip local specialists with essential knowledge and international qualifications, thereby enhancing their professional skills and increasing competitiveness on the global stage. Additionally, the growing number of certified IT professionals will drive economic growth and expand Uzbekistan’s export opportunities in the IT sector.
