The leadership of the Ministry of Digital Technologies discussed cooperation with a Chinese delegation

Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies Jamol Makhsudov held a meeting with a delegation led by Wang Ning, President of the China Electronic Commerce Chamber of Commerce (CECC).

During the discussions, the parties addressed prospects for cooperation in the fields of information and communication technologies, e-commerce, and the digital economy.

At the outset, the delegation was briefed on the activities of IT Park Uzbekistan and on national initiatives aimed at developing the IT ecosystem. Furthermore, projects of the UZINFOCOM Center were introduced, including those related to the management of e-government systems.

Members of the Chinese delegation commended the digital reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan and expressed their readiness to engage in cooperation in the areas of e-commerce, information technologies, and the implementation of joint innovative initiatives.

Following the meeting, the parties explored opportunities for further strengthening bilateral ties and implement joint projects.
