Turkish Company Tempo BPO Considers Engaging IT Specialists from Uzbekistan

During a business visit to Istanbul, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation, led by CEO Farkhod Ibragimov, held a meeting with representatives of Tempo BPO, a Turkish company represented by Mr. Cemal, a member of the Board of Directors.

Tempo BPO, headquartered in Istanbul and established in 2002, specializes in IT services and customer experience management.

During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the opportunities established in Uzbekistan for the streamlined and effective operation of ITes businesses. Of particular interest to the participants was the “Zero Risk” program, which offers outsourcing companies access to office space across various regions of Uzbekistan at no cost. The program also provides technical equipment for 12 months, with an option to purchase the equipment thereafter, as well as reimbursement for certain personnel expenses.

The IT Park Uzbekistan team further emphasized Uzbekistanʼs impressive talent pool, underscoring the countryʼs high literacy rate of 99.99% and the multilingual capabilities of its workforce. Over 5 million people in Uzbekistan are proficient in English, more than 1 million speak Turkish, and approximately 225,000 are fluent in German.

In October, a delegation from Tempo BPO is planning to visit Uzbekistan to assess the countryʼs infrastructure and hold preliminary meetings with candidates to evaluate their professional competencies.

For Uzbekistan, potential cooperation with Tempo BPO would serve as a catalyst for job creation and provide local specialists with the opportunity to secure competitive salaries while working remotely for international companies. This collaboration would empower them to participate in major international projects without needing to leave the country.
