The finals of the international programming championship Yandex Cup 2025 were held in Istanbul. This year, the competition brought together 196 finalists from 21 countries, with a total prize fund of 12 million rubles. Interest in the championship continues to grow: more than 21,000 developers from around the world submitted applications to participate. A total of 61 specialists from Russia, Uzbekistan, China, the United States, Canada, and Japan were named among the winners.
The autumn period of 2025 marked one of the most eventful seasons in terms of new entrants to the national IT ecosystem. From 1 September to 30 November, 470 companies obtained member status at IT Park Uzbekistan, including 258 registered in Tashkent and 212 in the regions. This trend reflects the sustained interest of both domestic and international businesses in developing technological projects in Uzbekistan.
On 6 December, the founders of the Libermans Co holding, David and Daniil Liberman, arrived in Uzbekistan on a working visit. The entrepreneurs are widely recognized in the international technology community for their developments in artificial intelligence, the optimization of complex digital systems, and the creation of products for global markets.
