Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov and CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan Azamat Karamatov held a meeting with 500 Global Managing Partner Pedro Santos Vieira. The parties discussed the further development of Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem, increasing the volume of venture capital investment, helping local startups enter international markets, as well as coordinating ongoing initiatives in this area.
Uzbekistan was represented by four teams at the 3rd International Training Camp in Competitive Programming, which took place in Baku from August 20 to 27, 2026.
IT Park Uzbekistan, in cooperation with Inha University in Tashkent, held a meeting with IT Park members focused on developing talent potential, improving specialist training, and strengthening cooperation between the education sector and IT businesses.
