During his visit to the Syrdarya region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov familiarized himself with the operations of one of the region’s newly established export-oriented members — the Malaysian company Canaan CX.
During the visit, the company’s management delivered a presentation on ongoing projects, service delivery models, and the development strategy planned for the coming years The presentation highlighted the company’s position in the international market, its customer service standards, as well as its plans for entering new markets.
The Minister provided several practical recommendations aimed at further expanding the company’s activities, increasing the volume of exported services, and creating additional employment opportunities for local youth. He emphasized the importance of strengthening workforce capacity, introducing modern skill sets, and enhancing service quality in line with international standards.
For reference, Canaan CX provides customer support, e-commerce, telecommunications, and banking-finance services to clients in Europe and the United States. By offering customer support, technical assistance, and business process optimization solutions aligned with international standards, the company is contributing to the expansion of Uzbekistan’s digital services export.
