Enterprise Uzbekistan enters operational phase

Enterprise Uzbekistan is entering the operational stage of its launch. At this phase, the management structure is being established and the administrative framework necessary for the Center’s further operations is being formed.

Enterprise Uzbekistan is an International Center for Digital Technologies, established as an independent institutional platform to develop the IT sector and foster international technological cooperation. The Center is focused on attracting foreign companies, launching joint projects, expanding IT service exports, and shaping a modern regulatory environment.

The Joint-Stock Company was registered on December 25, 2025, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-233. Currently, the Directorate is being formed and a governance system is being structured, which will serve as the foundation of the future Enterprise Uzbekistan ecosystem. As part of the organizational process, on February 24, a share issuance totaling UZS 40 billion was also to form the authorized capital.

The registration of the JSC represents an organizational stage. It includes capital formation and the creation of an administrative base. The full implementation of the legal regime will become possible after the adoption of the relevant Constitutional Law, which is currently undergoing the established approval procedure.

The ongoing work makes it possible to prepare the infrastructure and management mechanisms in advance. This creates conditions for the further development of the digital ecosystem and strengthens the position of IT Park Uzbekistan in attracting international technology companies and projects.
