In recent years, the favorable conditions created by IT Park — including tax incentives for member companies and opportunities provided under the Zero Risk Program — have enabled foreign specialists to relocate to Uzbekistan, including to the Jizzakh region, and establish their own companies. Taking advantage of these opportunities, TEXNO FORT, founded by a foreign specialist who moved to Jizzakh, is now actively expanding into the regional market.
During his visit to the Jizzakh region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov familiarized himself with the activities of the company, which operates in IT outsourcing and software implementation. In a short time, TEXNO FORT has established international cooperation and become one of the rapidly growing IT enterprises in the region.
The company is currently implementing projects in partnership with the U.S.-based company Creatio to introduce corporate IT solutions for logistics networks. As part of this cooperation, TEXNO FORT has launched the export of software services to the Kazakh market, which was noted as an important achievement for Uzbekistan’s IT sector. It was emphasized that services developed by local specialists are gaining regional recognition, and the export geography continues to expand.
During the meeting, the company’s management shared plans to broaden exports to Central Asian countries by 2026. New projects are envisioned in the areas of logistics, customer service, and business process automation. These initiatives are expected to further accelerate digitalization across the region.
The Minister highly praised TEXNO FORT's export-oriented model and the results achieved in a short period. He noted that the high demand for corporate IT solutions in the region makes it extremely important to support local companies in mastering international markets, as well as to further improve the quality of services and create innovative products.
