IT Park Uzbekistan Explores Collaboration and Market Expansion with Kanda Software

IT Park Uzbekistan held a productive meeting with representatives of Kanda Software to discuss potential avenues for collaboration and the company’s possible expansion into the Uzbek market. The meeting was attended by Alex Karpovsky, CEO and Founder of Kanda Software; Ahmed Aboulezz, Advisor to the CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan; and Jahongir Kagirov, Head of the Services Export Department at IT Park Uzbekistan.

Kanda Software is a software development company with over 30 years of experience, assisting both startups and large enterprises in building high-quality digital products. The company provides a comprehensive range of services and operates teams based in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Established in 1992, Kanda is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.   

 

 

During the meeting, the parties addressed key aspects of conducting business in Uzbekistan. Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan presented detailed information regarding the process of obtaining member status within IT Park and outlined the benefits available to member companies. The discussion also covered the recruitment of qualified IT professionals in Uzbekistan and the specifics of the local talent market.  

 

 

A central focus of the discussion was the strategic advantages of establishing a physical presence in Uzbekistan. IT Park Uzbekistan outlined the incentives available under the Zero Risk program — an initiative designed to support foreign companies entering the local market. Additionally, Kanda Software’s potential expansion plans were discussed in detail, along with the factors influencing this strategic decision.

 

 

The meeting concluded with an official invitation extended to Kanda Software to participate in the upcoming Global Business Services Forum 2025, a key event dedicated to fostering global partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities within Uzbekistan’s dynamic IT sector.
