During his visit to the Jizzakh region, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov conducted a review of the operations of one of the region’s most active remote service centers — BLMEDIA BPO.
The company has achieved significant growth in a short period: having commenced operations in 2023 with only 12 employees, it now employs over 70 highly qualified operators, developers, and technical specialists.
Currently, BLMEDIA exports remote services abroad, establishing itself as one of the key companies enhancing Uzbekistan's competitiveness in the global BPO market. The enterprise offers clients technical support, contact center services, content moderation, and a range of other remote services, consistently expanding its export capacity.
It was further noted during the meeting that the center’s regional branches are also actively developing. In particular, the establishment of offices in the Pakhtakor, Mirzachul, and Dustlik districts plays an important role in promoting employment, engaging the youth in modern professions, and meeting the regional demand for BPO services.
The company’s leadership presented strategic plans for 2026. According to these plans, an additional 50 positions are to be created over the next two years, service quality will be further enhanced, and export volumes expanded. These initiatives are expected to exert a substantial influence on the formation and development of the BPO ecosystem in the Jizzakh region.
