On May 22–23, the Tashkent branch of IT Park Uzbekistan hosted the inclusive “Yosh Dasturchi” competition, aimed at supporting and advancing projects by young developers with visual impairments. The event was organized to promote equal opportunities in the field of information technology and to foster inclusion within Uzbekistan’s IT community. The national stage of the competition was jointly organized by the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan and IT Park Uzbekistan.

On May 19, an official bilateral meeting took place in Budapest between the delegation of Uzbekistan and 4iG Plc, one of Hungary’s leading technology companies. The meeting was attended by Jamol Maksudov, Deputy Minister, Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Gellért Jászai, Chairman of the Board of 4iG Plc. The parties discussed the expansion of strategic cooperation in the fields of digital transformation, IT outsourcing, and technological exchange.

The Uzbekistan Tech & Services Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur as part of a broader initiative to promote Uzbekistan’s export potential in the fields of information technology and outsourcing. The event brought together over 100 participants and 60 companies, including representatives of leading Malaysian IT firms, digital agencies, game development studios, and BPO platforms.
