As part of the Global Business Services Forum, a meeting took place between the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation and a representative of Helpware, a company specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO), represented by Vice President Egor Bielikov. During the negotiations, the parties discussed potential areas of cooperation, exchanged ideas, and identified prospective projects that could be realized in the near future.

Helpware is a company providing outsourcing and outstaffing services within the realm of customer support and business processes. Founded in 2015, Helpware focuses on delivering high-quality customer service solutions, including support via telephone, chat, and email, alongside data processing and business process management. The company operates 12 offices worldwide, including in the United States, the Philippines, and Romania, which facilitates its provision of 24/7 services in multiple languages.

At the meeting, IT Park representatives detailed the advantages of conducting business in Uzbekistan. In particular, the Zero Risk program was presented, which encompasses the provision of office space for companies and assistance in recruiting skilled personnel. Helpware demonstrated significant interest in country's considerable human resources potential, particularly specialists fluent in English, Korean, Japanese, and other foreign languages.

The negotiations also touched on the conditions for testing a large-scale order in Uzbekistan, requiring technical support specialists proficient in Turkic languages: Kazakh, Turkish, and Azerbaijani. Following the meeting, a decision was made to establish a team of specialists to operate in Uzbekistan on a trial basis. Mr. Belikov committed to providing criteria for the selection of companies to which he will temporarily transfer part of the operational activities until the legal entity is registered in Uzbekistan and personnel are hired.

Egor Bielikov conveyed keen interest for utilizing Uzbekistan's outsourcing potential and commended the benefits extended to IT Park members. It is anticipated that the partnership with Helpware will unveil new opportunities for both parties and significantly contribute to the advancement of Uzbekistan's IT sector. Specifically, it will foster the creation of new job opportunities for specialists with foreign language proficiency. Moreover, a partnership with a major company like Helpware will undoubtedly be noticed, attracting other major foreign companies offering similar services to Uzbekistan.
