The Uzbek startup Verifix has secured $400,000 in funding from state-backed venture capital funds IT Park Ventures and AloqaVentures, with contributions of $150,000 and $250,000, respectively. The investment will be directed toward strengthening the company’s team, enhancing its product offering, and expanding into new markets across Central Asia and the Middle East.
Verifix is an Uzbek startup that has developed a digital document management platform, which includes features such as digital signatures, secure storage, and corporate document workflow management. Fully compliant with the legislation of Uzbekistan, the solution enables organizations to transition to a fully digital document workflow. Verifix facilitates the automation of business processes, reduces operational costs, and enhances internal transparency.
At present, Verifix is utilized by over 200 organizations, including banks, insurance companies, logistics providers, and retail businesses. The company intends to expand into markets demonstrating a growing demand for digital HR and document management solutions — particularly in the HoReCa sector, retail, distribution, and manufacturing.
Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Ventures, emphasized that Verifix is not merely a product but a foundational infrastructure component for the digital transformation of critical sectors of the economy. According to him, the startup demonstrates maturity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the market, making it well-positioned to scale beyond Uzbekistan.
