IT Park Uzbekistan conducted an extended adaptation program for new employees of its regional branches. The aim of the program was to strengthen local human capital and ensure a unified professional standard throughout all divisions of the technopark.
From 9 to 12 December, participants completed an intensive training course designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the IT Park ecosystem. The program comprised 17 thematic sessions covering the key strategic priorities for 2025: attracting new member companies, supporting IT service exports, working with startups, process automation, and the advancement of international projects.

IT Park Uzbekistan placed particular emphasis on creating a supportive and comfortable environment for the new employees. In addition to educational sessions, the program featured informal activities — group lunches, teambuilding events, and a collective meeting. These activities helped participants adapt more quickly, feel supported, and better understand the role of each team member.
The concluded program allowed for the synchronization of the head office’s work with the regional branches, establish a shared understanding of tasks and approaches, and build a unified working dynamic essential for achieving the technopark’s long-term goals.
