Uzbek IT Companies Target Global Markets: IT Park Members Plan Expansion Through Local2Global Program

IT Park Uzbekistan continues to hold working meetings with member companies preparing for international expansion. COMPLEX SOLUTIONS and ALMIR STATISTICS have announced their plans to scale into global markets and expressed interest in participating in the Local2Global program, designed to support IT services exports.

COMPLEX SOLUTIONS: From Custom Development to Proprietary Products

During the meeting with representatives of COMPLEX SOLUTIONS, the company outlined its intentions for entering international markets, with a focus on the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.

Particular interest was expressed in the Local2Global program, which offers partial reimbursement of expenses related to entering foreign markets. Company officials noted that such support could significantly accelerate their expansion into the MENA region.

Discussions also covered product localization, including compliance with target countries' legal requirements. The company expressed interest in legal support, as well as in participating in international exhibitions and business missions facilitated by IT Park.

COMPLEX SOLUTIONS specializes in custom software development while also investing in own IT solutions. Its proprietary products include a learning management system and a medical diagnostic support tool.

ALMIR STATISTICS: Digitalizing the Pharmaceutical Sector and Exports to the CIS

During a meeting with a representative of ALMIR STATISTICS, the parties discussed the company's plans to scale operations into CIS markets, with the goal of increasing export revenues through platform expansion and cross-border integration. The company highlighted the growing need for qualified IT talent and addressed the operational challenges associated with international market entry.

The Local2Global program was regarded by ALMIR STATISTICS as a practical tool to accelerate market entry. IT Park reaffirmed its readiness to offer comprehensive support — from advisory services to inclusion in global initiatives.

ALMIR STATISTICS is the developer of Almir, a platform designed to search and process pharmaceutical data supplied by distributors to the Uzbek market.

    Focus on Global Growth

Both meetings demonstrated that an increasing number of Uzbek IT companies are expanding internationally and planning for long-term global growth. The Local2Global program is emerging as a pivotal instrument in this transformation — facilitating not only entry into foreign markets but also enabling companies to establish a strong position in the competitive international environment. IT Park continues to serve as a gateway for local IT businesses, unlocking pathways to international expansion.
